Homemade Murray River fishing spot

My grand father taught me an oldschool trick, as he was taught by his grandfather..
Catch a carp, leave it dead for a day or 2
and create your own fishing spot..
Hang it off a tree over the water and let it get fly blown even more for a few days..
It mite smell a bit.
But before you know it, maggots start falling into the water...
It creates a fish frenzy, they wait and hang around for each maggot to drop.in the water
drop a line in underneath the dead carp, BANG, BANG , BANG instant hits, one after each cast..
you cant go wrong, Oldschool grandfather tip right there...
Once your done, pull the carp down  and throw it up the bank.
